Oh my word.....Is he not the most precious little boy ever!!!

He is newer listed on Reece's Rainbow and every since I have seen his face I can't get it out of my head.  He is just so darn cute.  He is listed as Ruben on RR.  That is not his real name but a type of alias to protect his identity.  Oh how I wish I could just scoop up every one of these little ones and bring them home.  He just sounds like such a great little guy!!  This is what is listed for him---

This lovely boy has a big smile and likes to say hello to all the caregivers. He plays with toys and likes to play with flashlights. He enjoys being outdoors on the swing when it’s sunny.
