I know some people reading this blog knew about a little girl that April's (from Aurora) sister help fundraise for over Christmas. She was just brought home from her family and she was at the point of her body shutting down. She has reflux so bad that at 3 yrs old she weighed 11 lbs. She was not able to keep anything down. I also encourage anyone who questions why people would every consider adopting, especially a special needs child to click over to this site and start with March 18th, 2011 post. I will warn though the pictures you see will forever change you.
